To order California death records Authorized persons are defined as parent or legal guardian, designated party (as a result of a court order), a law enforcement agency or government agency, child, spouse, domestic partner, grandparent, grandchild, or sibling, of the registrant. A representing attorney for the registrant or the estate is also eligible. Exceptions to these rules can be made, but must be approved.
